Am sick & tired for not be able to run ot to workout for the past 2 weeks.
I hate the way, i injured my knee again & scrap off the knee skin. It’s already been 3 days and the skin peel off, heal-stretch-reheal-repeat. can it just heal and move on?
I hate myself & my leg for dissapointing me. I need to lose weight & increase my stamina. But i can’t do anything because of this bloody knee problem. urgh.
knee problem started when i started running on treadmill 4 days straight. But the pressure & pain build up during my 15km run around bukit tunku-padang merbok.
Urgh. Just. Pissed off.
