I am going to embark into a 3 full day juice cleanse this monday, i will collect my day 1 juice tomorrow at Sri Hartamas.

However, i came across the juice bar next to Fitness First Avenue K that sells cold press juice too. I bought 7 bottles last night for today pre-cleanse juice.

I ate my normal saturday breakfast today, and started off the pre-cleanse green juice.

I need to be serious to reset my body, and it started now. 🙂
