Military workout

I think I need to step up my training towards overall optimal fitness. Apart from just running every weekend & 2-3 times workout in the gy. I got to step up and do a morning workout. 

I just bought an ab roller, powerful stuff for such a simple equipment. Am going to mix this workout w newly adopted military training.

Just a morning quick workout. I gotta wake up at 5am. Lol.
