I supposed to dine in at Delicious today. However, so many people waiting for the tables and I was told that it would take half and hour for me to get to my table. I was so dang hungry so, I decided to hit Bella Marino Restaurante. A pasta and pizza restaurant.
They have a brief and typical list of menu for pasta and pizzas, typical italian dessert menu list. What caught my eyes was they listed ravioli as one of the item under the pasta list. Wooohooo! Do you know how hard to get ravioli in Penang, (or even KL for that matter of fact). But I was disappointed to the fact that the stuffing for the ravioli is just the typical cheese and spinach, serve in the carbonara sauce. I didn’t order that. I saw the dish looks yummy as the next table guy ordered it. I had their mushroom soup and it was averagely nice. Yep. you can feel the rough soup texture (which is good) and they put some croton on top of it.
I had fettuccine seafood marinara as my main dish. Oh wow, they serve in a very big portion, I can’t finish all the pasta. Ha,ha. Overall, two thumbs up for the seafood marinara. Generous seafood and pasta portion, the sauce is strong that it complement the generous amount of the dish.
I still in love with Little Italy Kota Kinabalu. Ah. I can’t wait to go back home and dine in! I missed my beef/chicken stuffing ravioli, with seafood marinara, lemonade, salmon bruchetta and as well as the lovely tiramisu.
